BANKOFJIUJIANG (06190) announced that the board of directors of the bank has proposed the following nominations at the board meeting held on April 30, 2026: Mr. Zhou Shixin and Mr. Xiao Jing as executive directors of the eighth board of directors; Mr. Luo Feng, Mr. Shi Zhishan, Mr. Chen Wenjun, and Mr. Xu Zhixin as non-executive directors of the eighth board of directors; Ms. Wang Wanqiu, Mr. Zhang Yonghong, Mr. Tian Li, and Mr. Guo Jiequn as independent non-executive directors of the eighth board of directors. After the expiration of the term of office of the seventh board of directors, Mr. Yuan Delei, Ms. Zhou Miao, and Mr. Liu Yinan will no longer serve as directors and in their roles in the relevant specialized committees of the bank. Specifically, Mr. Yuan Delei will no longer serve as a director after the resolution electing the directors of the eighth board of directors is passed at the annual general meeting; Ms. Zhou Miao will no longer serve as a director after Mr. Chen Wenjun's directorship is approved by the national financial regulatory authority; Mr. Liu Yinan will no longer serve as a director after Mr. Xu Zhixin's directorship is approved by the national financial regulatory authority.
