WAN LEADER (08482) announced that Mr. Liao Daichun has decided to resign as the CEO of the company in order to devote more time to handle other matters, with effect from November 16, 2020.
Mr. Luke Yee has been appointed as the CEO, with effect from April 30, 2026. Upon Mr. Yee's appointment, he will also serve as an executive director, chairman, and member of the board's nomination committee.
Mr. Wen Xinhui (currently an independent non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee of the company, as well as a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee) has been appointed as the chief independent non-executive director, with effect from April 30, 2026.
