Tiange (01980) announces that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) will retire as the independent auditor of the Company upon the expiration of their current term after the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled on May 29, 2026. This decision was made by the board of directors based on the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee. The board further announces that, in accordance with the Company's articles of association and the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it is proposing the appointment of BDO Limited (BDO) as the Company's new independent auditor, effective from the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders. However, this appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting through an ordinary resolution.
