Mountain High Holdings (00412) announced that Mr. Li Tianzhang has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and members and chairmen of the executive committee and nominations committee, effective from April 30, 2026; and Mr. Kang Jian has been appointed as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, and members and chairmen of the executive committee and nominations committee, to succeed Mr. Li Tianzhang.
