Easy Life Holdings (00223) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplemental placement agreement) have been met, and the placement was completed on April 29, 2026. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplemental placement agreement), a total of 271 million shares were successfully placed by the placing agents at a placing price of HK$0.102 per share to not less than six placees representing approximately 16.67% of the total issued share capital of the company following completion.

According to the placing agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplemental placing agreement), a total of 271 million shares of placing shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following completion under the specific mandate for the issuance and placing of shares) have been successfully placed at a placing price of HK$0.102 per share to not less than six placees.
The total proceeds from the placing amount to approximately HK$27.7 million. After deduction of placing commission and other related expenses, the net proceeds from the placing amount to approximately HK$27.1 million.
