BOQI ENV (02377) recommends appointing Tianjian as the new auditor.

BOQI ENV (02377) announced that the current auditor Ernst & Young (EY) will retire as the auditor of the company after the completion of its current term, which will be at the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on May 29, 2026. The board of directors has proposed appointing Tienye International Certified Public Accountants Limited (Tienye) as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by EY's retirement. This appointment will take effect after the annual general meeting of shareholders and will continue until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company, subject to approval by the shareholders at the 2026 annual general meeting.
