Wuhan Youji: Chen Ping resigns as Joint Company Secretary.
Wuhan Organics (02881) announced that, due to the Company's proposed relocation and the provisions of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) stipulating that the company secretary of a Hong Kong limited company (as a natural person) must ordinarily reside in Hong Kong, Mr. Chen Ping will not be able to meet this requirement. Therefore, our Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Mr. Chen Ping has resigned as Joint Company Secretary of the Company, with effect from April 27, 2026. Mr. Chen Ping will continue to serve as Executive Director of the Company and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
WUHAN YOUJI (02881) Announcement: Due to the Company's recommendation for re-registration and the provisions of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong that require the company secretary of a Hong Kong limited company (as a natural person) to usually reside in Hong Kong, Mr. Chen Ping will not be able to meet this requirement. Therefore, our executive director and joint company secretary, Mr. Chen Ping, has resigned as joint company secretary of the Company, effective from April 27, 2026. Mr. Chen Ping will continue to serve as an executive director of the Company and an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
Ms. Lai Ho Yan, another joint company secretary of the Company, who possesses the professional qualifications and relevant experience as required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, will continue to serve as the company secretary of the Company.
