JD Industrial (07618) announced that, starting from April 27, 2026, (1) Ms. Chen Wanshan, MH, JP (Ms. Chen) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the board nomination committee, and (2) Ms. Gu Baofang, an independent non-executive director, has resigned as a member of the nomination committee. After resigning as a member of the nomination committee, Ms. Gu Baofang will continue to serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee.

After resigning as a member of the Nomination Committee, Ms. Gu Baofang will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
