The report shows that the company has systematically strengthened product quality and user experience, accelerated the evolution of its product system towards mobile and AI, and accelerated the release of growth momentum. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 1.533 billion RMB, an increase of 6.46% year-on-year, and the net profit attributable to shareholders decreased by 44.19% year-on-year.
Among them, the core video creative business revenue exceeded 1.02 billion RMB, marking the eighth consecutive year of growth since going public; mobile products have become an important growth engine, with revenue increasing by over 60% year-on-year, accounting for nearly 25% of software business revenue; in 2025, AI server calls exceeded 1.3 billion times, a year-on-year increase of over 140%; annual revenue from AI native applications exceeded 130 million RMB, a year-on-year increase of over 90%, and the number of paid users increased by over 100% year-on-year; marketing efficiency continues to improve, with sales expenses ratio decreasing by 1.87 percentage points year-on-year.
During the reporting period, Wondershare Technology Group continued to strengthen its underlying technical capabilities for the AIGC strategy, established a "dual-mode drive" technical system, released the independently developed audio and video multimedia large-scale model Wondershare Vientiane 2.0, and introduced top global vendors such as OpenAI, Google, and Alibaba to optimize the internal AI cloud platform architecture, creating a comprehensive competitive advantage for generating realistic and controllable effects, efficient implementation of scene effects, and continuous optimization of reasoning costs. The Wondershare Vientiane 2.0 vertical atomic capabilities increased by an average of approximately 90% compared to version 1.0, and achieved the top global rankings in two key indicators: camera motion and motion rationality; third-party large-scale model APIs can be accessed in as fast as "T+2h"; R&D expenses amounted to 485 million RMB, accounting for 31.65% of revenue.
In terms of product layout, Wondershare Technology Group continued to strengthen its advantages in desktop, expand into new mobile and cloud products, especially in AI native applications, and strengthened its user-centric operational mechanism to amplify the comprehensive value of the "professional depth + multi-platform extension" matrix products. The annual subscription renewal rate of Wondershare Technology Group products has been maintained at over 60%. Mobile revenue from its video creative products Wondershare Meow/Filmora increased by over 90%, renewal sales revenue increased by over 200%; mobile sales revenue of its document creative products Wondershare PDF/PDFelement increased by over 30%; overall revenue of the utility tools business line increased by 29.50%; revenue and paid users of the AI portrait generation editing tool SelfyzAI increased by over 100%; and revenue from the cloud AI creative toolset Media.io increased by over 90%. Additionally, AI functionality gradually became a stable source of commercial revenue, with AI points revenue within Wondershare Meow/Filmora increasing significantly year-on-year, accounting for approximately 6% of the product revenue; AI points revenue within Wondershare UniConverter is around 10% of the product revenue; and AI points revenue in Wondershare PDF/PDFelement desktop products increased by over 80% year-on-year.
At the same time, Wondershare Technology Group continued to deepen its global, diversified, and localized sales and operational methods, promoted innovative marketing methods on social media, with social media content exposure exceeding 4.8 billion times annually, a year-on-year increase of over 150%; strengthened cooperation with global software and hardware companies such as Huawei, Google, and Microsoft, attended key events such as the 2025 Google Developer Conference, LEAP2025 Technology Exhibition, and 2025 MWC World Mobile Communications Congress, with its Wondershare Meow, Wondershare Brain Map, and Wondershare Diagrams being first batch pre-installed software on HarmonyOS computers. During the reporting period, the company also opened up to embrace various AI tools to help improve the quality and efficiency of business operations, with AI code accounting for over 70% of operations; in terms of organization and talent development, the company raised its global campus recruitment to a strategic level, continuously building an elite and youthful talent team, with research and development staff accounting for approximately 52.57%.
On the same day, Wondershare Technology Group released its 2026 Q1 financial report. In the first quarter, the company further streamlined its product line, improved product quality, and increased marketing efficiency to strengthen its matrix-like product foundation. It achieved operating income of 369 million RMB, with a year-on-year decrease in the sales expense ratio of 8.38 percentage points. At the same time, facing the explosive trend of global AI agents and short drama and comic creation, the company accelerated the layout of new products and formats, launched the benchmark product Wondershare Drama Factory, which is the first in the country to integrate a comprehensive tool for "boutique drama creation + large-scale drama model co-creation", and made strategic investments in upstream large-scale model manufacturers LifeSize Technology and downstream animation production team Spirit Animation, creating an ecological closed loop from technology to content. The Drama Factory has already supported the creation of thousands of episodes, and in the first month of product release in March, the compound growth rate of AI point consumption per week reached 63%.
