Minmetals Resources (01208) announced that its subsidiary Minera Las Bambas S.A. (MLB) has signed a revolving loan agreement with Bank of China Limited Sydney Branch (lender). According to the agreement, MLB has been granted a $500 million credit financing facility for a maximum period of 3 years to be used for general funding needs. The revolving financing can be drawn down during the term and amounts repaid can be redrawn.
