JX ENERGY (03395) has been granted the land disposal right for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) project with an annual capacity of 75,000 tons.
Ji Xing New Energy (03395) announced that on April 20, 2026, the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has granted the company the land disposal right for its 75,000 tons per year liquefied natural gas (LNG) project. The total area of the project, including access roads, is approximately 17 hectares (170,000 square meters). The land disposal right will take effect on April 20, 2026, and expire on April 19, 2051.

The liquefied natural gas project was announced on January 16, 2026. The company will continue to advance the project and apply for the remaining regulatory approvals and permits needed.
