ZHIDA TECH (02650) announced that on April 25, 2026, the company successfully held a partner conference and innovation ecology launch event in Beijing, releasing three core new products and signing multiple ecological cooperation agreements. The new products include: (i) the household automatic charging Siasun Robot&Automation "Pioneer Robot", with remote control, ultra-thin design, self-developed charging arm, achieving contactless charging, compatible with mainstream smart electric vehicles; (ii) unmanned public charging solution, targeting Robotaxi, ports, airports and other unmanned driving scenarios, aiming to jointly build 10,000 unmanned public charging stations with partners by 2030, serving 1 million unmanned vehicles; (iii) overseas exchange pile Nexus, adaptable for all scenarios, intelligent peak shaving, capable of withstanding extreme temperature ranges, supporting intelligent scheduling and remote operation and maintenance. During the conference, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Xijing Technology Co., Ltd., a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Tongji Science & Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., a new generation shared travel project cooperation agreement with Sanming Xincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Sanming Transportation Group Co., Ltd., and a Distribution Agreement with Power Equipment & Supplies, Inc. from the Philippines, in order to collaborate deeply in the fields of unmanned driving, charging infrastructure layout and overseas localization services, and jointly build an open and win-win global intelligent replenishment ecosystem.
