(Xiangxiang Shared) has submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with exclusive sponsorship from Guotai Junan International. Xiangxiang Shared is a global green supply chain intelligent circular service platform. Through self-developed intelligent circular packaging solutions and digital circular service systems, the company is building a globally leading green supply chain infrastructure-level platform. As of December 31, 2025, the service network covers nearly 30 countries and regions, with 26 Regional Distribution Centers (RDC) deployed and over 8,500 upstream and downstream nodes (FDC). The company has served over 2,700 enterprise customers in more than 80 vertical industries, including over 30 Fortune Global 500 companies and over 30 listed companies.
