HaoBo International (08431) announced that, starting from April 24, 2026: Ms. Wang Zhixian has been appointed as an executive director of the company; Mr. Yao Zhiwei has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee of the company; and Mr. Dong Yicheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee of the company.
