China Medical B(02627) announces that, in view of the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants (Deloitte) as the auditor of the Company, the Board of Directors has resolved, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian CPAs Limited (PwC) as the new auditor of the Company, effective from the date approved by the shareholders at the Company's general meeting, with a term lasting until the end of the next annual shareholders' meeting of the Company (recommended appointment of auditors).
