Hao Hai Biotechnology (06826) announced that the company held a board of directors meeting on April 24, 2026, where it approved the nomination of Ms. Tian Min as a candidate for executive director of the company, as well as the separate nominations of Mr. Chen Shaoyu, Mr. Song Yuanyang, and Ms. Xu Duoqi as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the company. The terms of office for these candidates will start from the date of approval by the company's shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting and will end when the term of the sixth board of directors expires.
