Jiayuan Services (01153) announced that all conditions set out in the placing agreement have been met and the placement was completed on April 24, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the placing agreement. The placing agents successfully placed a total of 60.5 million shares of placement shares at a placing price of HK$0.25 per share to two placing agents, representing approximately 9.89% of the company's issued share capital immediately before the placement, and approximately 9.00% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the issuance and placement of all placement shares on the date of this announcement.
