QUNABOX GROUP (00917) has announced that the company has received Mr. Cao Liwen's resignation letter. Mr. Cao has resigned from his position as an executive director in order to devote more time to the operation and management of the company's sales department, effective from April 23, 2026. Mr. Cao will continue to serve as the Vice President of Sales for the group. Following Mr. Cao's resignation, the board of directors has proposed the appointment of Mr. Qian Jun as a candidate for the executive director position to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Cao's resignation. The appointment will be effective from the conclusion of the company's upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders on May 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
