CHINA HONGGUANG (08646) completed the issuance of 74 million subscribed shares, raising approximately 109.64 million Hong Kong dollars.

CHINA HONGGUANG (08646) announced that all the preconditions stated in the share subscription agreement have been met, and the share subscription has been completed on April 23, 2026 under a written agreement between the Company and the subscriber. After the completion of the share subscription, 74 million subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 9.51% of the Company's issued share capital after the enlargement of the share subscription) have been issued to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$0.15 per subscription share. The total amount raised from the share subscription is approximately HK$11 million. The net amount raised from the share subscription (after deducting related expenses and costs) is approximately HK$10.96 million.
