Qingdao Brewery Co., Ltd. (00168) issued an announcement that the company's board of directors received a resignation report from Mr. Sheng Leiming, an independent non-executive director of the company, on April 23, 2026. Mr. Sheng has served as an independent non-executive director of the company since June 8, 2020. As his consecutive term of office will reach six years, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, he intends to resign from the positions of independent non-executive director of the 11th board of directors, chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit and Internal Control Committee, and member of the Strategy and Investment Committee of the company. After Mr. Sheng's resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries.
