The company filed for an IPO with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, aiming to raise up to 22 million dollars. The company plans to issue 4 million shares with a price range of 5 to 6 dollars per share to raise the 22 million dollars. Based on the proposed price range, SunScout Holding's market value will reach 215 million dollars.
SunScout Holding is focused on developing and manufacturing automatic Siasun Robot&Automation lawn mowers powered by integrated CECEP Solar Energy systems. Their product design aims to eliminate the reliance on gasoline engines and grid power, instead using onboard deployable CECEP Solar Energy solar panels to charge the batteries, thus eliminating the need for fixed charging stations. Through this approach, the company aims to reduce emissions, extend operating range, and lower energy costs associated with traditional and electric lawn mowing equipment.
The company was established in 1998 and had revenues of 5 million dollars in the 12 months ending on December 31, 2025. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SNSC. SunScout Holding had secretly submitted the listing application on February 12, 2026. Dominari Securities and Revere Securities are the joint book runners for this transaction.
