Rights Sky Production Co., Ltd. (09958) announced that all conditions set out in the share placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the share placement was completed on April 22, 2026. A total of 68 million shares (accounting for approximately 13.6% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the completion of the placement) were successfully placed at a price of HK$0.156 per share to not less than six subscribers in accordance with the terms of the share placement agreement.

LITIAN PICTURES (09958) announced that all conditions stated in the placing agreement have been met, and the placing has been completed on April 22, 2026. A total of 68 million shares (representing approximately 13.6% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after completion of the placing) have been successfully placed at a placing price of HK$0.156 per share to no fewer than six placing agents.
