Chinabao New Materials (02439) announced that all conditions stipulated in the subscription agreement and supplementary subscription agreement have been met, and the completion was finalized on April 22, 2026. A total of 200 million shares of subscription shares (equivalent to 20% of the company's existing issued share capital of 1 billion shares as of the subscription agreement date; and approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital of 1.2 billion shares after the issuance and issuance of subscription shares) have been successfully subscribed to by no fewer than six underwriters.

Notice released by CH TREASURES NM (02439) states that all conditions set out in the placement agreement and supplemental placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion was implemented on April 22, 2026. A total of 200 million shares (equivalent to 20% of the Company's existing issued share capital of 1 billion shares as of the date of the placement agreement; and approximately 16.67% of the Company's issued share capital of 1.2 billion shares after the placement and issuance of the placement shares) have been successfully placed with no less than six underwriters.
