According to the online car-hailing regulatory information exchange system, as of March 31, 2026, a total of 397 online car-hailing platform companies in the country have obtained online car-hailing platform operation permits, an increase of 1 from the previous month. The online car-hailing regulatory information exchange system received a total of 964 million order information in March. Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, the platforms with the highest order compliance rate (referring to the proportion of orders where both the driver and vehicle have permits) from high to low are Fengyun Travel, CHENQI TECH, Xi Xing Yue Che, Timely Car, T3 Travel, Enjoy the Road Travel, Sunshine Travel, CAOCAO INC, DiDi Travel, and Huaxia Pig Travel. The main online car-hailing platforms that saw an increase in order compliance rate are T3 Travel, CAOCAO INC, and Sunshine Travel. In addition, the platforms that provide services to passengers and work with online car-hailing platform companies together (commonly known as online car-hailing aggregation platforms) completed 294 million orders, with a daily average increase of 18.6%. The platforms with the highest order compliance rate from high to low are Huaxia Pig Travel, DiDi Travel, Gaode Taxi, Baidu Taxi, Ctrip Car Rental, Tencent Travel, and Meituan Taxi. 2. Among the central cities, the cities with the highest order compliance rate from high to low are Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Jinan, Hangzhou, Hefei, Chongqing, Nanchang, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Ningbo, Nanning, Changchun, Xining, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Guiyang, Changsha, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Kunming, Haikou, Hohhot, Dalian, Lhasa, Urumqi, Wuhan, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Shanghai, Xi'an, Harbin, Shenyang, and Beijing. Among these, 27 cities including Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Jinan, Hangzhou, Hefei, Chongqing, Nanchang, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Ningbo, Nanning, Changchun, Xining, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Guiyang, Changsha, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Kunming, Haikou, Hohhot, Dalian, and Lhasa have order compliance rates of over 80%. The top 3 cities in terms of order compliance rate growth this month are Hohhot, Shijiazhuang, and Changchun; and the bottom 3 are Xi'an (-0.6%), Changsha (-1.6%), and Shenyang (-2.3%).
