BAIRONG-W (06608) rose nearly 10% at the close, as of press time, up 9.32% to HKD 7.74, with a turnover of HKD 291.095 million. On the news front, Bairong Cloud announced the issuance of up to 37.39 million non-listed transferable subscription warrants granting the right to subscribe for Class B shares. The net proceeds from the issuance of the subscription warrants are expected to be used to increase research and development investment, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. Assuming that the maximum number of subscription warrants is exercised at the preliminary exercise price, it is estimated that an additional total proceeds of up to approximately HKD 325 million will be raised. Guotou Securities Hong Kong released a research report stating that Bairong Cloud provides silicon-based employee services to clients through the Results as a Service (RaaS) business model, mainly divided into two categories: CX, such as silicon-based marketing and customer service specialists; EX, such as silicon-based risk control managers, silicon-based credit approval specialists, silicon-based recruitment specialists, and silicon-based financial and legal specialists. The firm believes that AgenticAI still has a huge market space and believes that the company can better seize the trend at the current moment.
