Fei Tianyun Motion (06610) announced that Ms. Chen Xueling had resigned as the joint company secretary of the company and no longer served as the authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with effect from April 21, 2026. Mr. Li Yao will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary, while Ms. Chen Xueling will continue to act as the agent for the receipt of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company in accordance with Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong. In addition, Mr. You Zilin has been appointed as the joint company secretary and authorized representative, with effect from April 21, 2026.

Mr. Li Yao will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary, while Ms. Chan Sau Ling will continue to act as the agent for receiving legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in accordance with Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong. In addition, Mr. Yu Zi Lin has been appointed as the joint company secretary and authorized representative, effective from April 21, 2026.
