The Global Strategic Group (08007) announced that all the preconditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met. According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the completion of the subscription has occurred on April 21, 2026. A total of 37.7196 million subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement) have been successfully subscribed at the subscription price of HK$0.22 per share to no less than six subscribers.
