ENVISION GREEN (01783) announced that, with its outstanding practices in the environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) areas, the group has been selected for the first time in S&P Global's latest release of the "Sustainable Development Yearbook (China Edition) 2026".
The S&P Global "Sustainable Development Yearbook" is recognized as one of the most authoritative and influential annual reports in the global corporate sustainability field, aiming to recognize industry leaders who excel in sustainable development assessments (CSA). The China Edition yearbook strictly follows the global unified assessment framework, while fully integrating the specific context of the Chinese market, and has become an important international benchmark for measuring the comprehensive strength of Chinese corporate sustainability.
ENVISION GREEN actively participated in the 2025 CSA assessment, achieving excellent performance in all three dimensions of ESG with high transparency in information disclosure and a sound governance system. Particularly, it scored 91 points in Occupational Health & Safety, reaching the industry's highest level in this area. Additionally, the group demonstrated advantages over the industry average in several key areas such as Energy, Water Resources, Business Ethics, and Supply Chain Management.
Being included in the yearbook is a strong confirmation of the group's long-term development resilience. The group has always viewed sustainable development as a core strategy, deeply integrating it into the entire business chain including smart energy management, electric vehicle charging network construction, and power battery recycling:
On the environmental protection front, the group actively responded to Hong Kong's "Roadmap for Electric Vehicle popularization", vigorously promoting the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities and new energy storage systems, while also building a global network for recycling and reusing power batteries to achieve resource circulation. The group's first power battery processing facility in Hong Kong is set to officially commence operations this year, effectively supporting the realization of Hong Kong's electrification transformation and emissions reduction targets.
In terms of social responsibility practices, the group focuses on employee development and well-being, actively creating a diverse, inclusive work environment, and empowering community and environmental sustainability through green technology. At the same time, the group strictly adheres to compliance in operations, establishes a sound supply chain sustainable management system, and collaborates with partners to jointly practice green responsibility.
In corporate governance, the group has established a comprehensive ESG governance structure and management system, continuously enhancing information disclosure transparency, and obtaining multiple international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, to ensure the effective implementation of sustainable development strategies.
Mr. Steven Chan, CEO and Executive Director of ENVISION GREEN, stated: "Sustainable development is profoundly influencing the assessment logic of global businesses. Accurately identifying risks and opportunities, establishing a transparent governance system, will become the core competitiveness of enterprises for sustainable development. With the detailed assessment of the yearbook, we will continue to comprehensively enhance our own practice standards, continuously deepen ESG governance, drive management upgrades, and create sustainable value for different stakeholders with higher quality development."
