(referred to as "Huangguang Huanneng (Xi'an) Design Institute"), received a "Winning Bid Notice" from the bidding party Nantong Meiya Thermal Power Co., Ltd., confirming that it has won the bid for the "Biomass Boiler Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Technology Transformation Project (Phase One) General Contracting Project" with a bid amount of 135 million yuan.
