The company globally offered 95.85 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering (excluding overseas employee reservation shares) accounting for 8.19% and the international offering (excluding overseas employee reservation shares under the priority offering for Chinese employees) accounting for 83.48%. The offering price per share was HK$209.88, and the net proceeds from the global offering are approximately HK$19.8894 billion. Each lot consists of 100 shares, and it is expected that the H shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
