HINSANG GROUP (06893) announced that Ms. Kwan Lai Man, the current acting chairman and executive director, has been appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer with effect from April 20, 2026. Her positions as acting chairman and executive director remain unchanged. Ms. Pang Zhi Xin has been appointed as an executive director of the company with effect from April 20, 2026. With effect from April 20, 2026, Mr. Pang Siu Yim has stepped down as the authorized representative appointed by the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, while Ms. Pang Zhi Xin has been appointed as the authorized representative.
