Recently, the AI computing power platform construction project of Anhui Province Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Industry Base (Phase I), undertaken by ShenZhou YiNuo under DC Holdings (00861), has successfully completed acceptance with a project amount of 4.08 billion yuan. According to the "Work Situation of Suzhou High-tech Zone in 2025 and Work Plan for 2026" released by the Suzhou Municipal Government in March 2026, by 2025, Suzhou had already built a computing power of 3000P, ranking among the top three in the province. Several key computing power projects such as the Huaihai Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and the Bian River Scientific Computing Center have been completed locally. Related data shows that Suzhou has 465 enterprises in the computing power industry cluster, with an operating income of 7.493 billion yuan in 2024. In addition, Suzhou also has a dual-link high-speed transmission network in the Yangtze River Delta region, being the first city in Anhui Province directly connected to Shanghai by a dual-route network, with a one-way transmission delay of less than 5 milliseconds, complemented by a 110KV dedicated substation dual-loop power guarantee, providing comprehensive infrastructure support for the construction and stable operation of high-end AI computing power platforms. Against this background, the launch of the Suzhou Artificial Intelligence Industry Base (Phase I) project aims to further strengthen the supply of high-end AI computing power and improve the industrial ecosystem. The AI computing power platform project, which was accepted this time, focuses on the core demand of computing power supply, creating a professional AI computing power platform of 450PFlops@FP16 scale and establishing a "hardware + software + service" comprehensive construction system. At the hardware level, the project builds a high-performance intelligent computing server, low-latency network equipment, and all-round security equipment integrated hardware cluster to ensure efficient and stable computing power output. On the software level, it synchronously builds a cloud platform, artificial intelligence computing power scheduling platform, and large-scale model platform, forming a full-process technical support for computing power scheduling, model development, and application landing, flexible to meet diverse needs such as enterprise basic computing power leasing and customized model training. On the service level, the project provides a full chain of services from equipment procurement, integration and debugging to operation and maintenance support, achieving one-stop delivery of computing power platforms and long-term stable operation. After the project is completed and put into use, it will bring significant positive effects to the development of Suzhou, the Yangtze River Delta, and the national computing power industry. For Suzhou, the project further solidifies the city's computing power foundation, improves the "power + algorithm + data" industrial closed loop, promotes the application of artificial intelligence technology in various fields such as government affairs, manufacturing, and e-commerce, accelerates the realization of the billion-level computing power industry cluster target in Suzhou, and continues to enhance the new quality of computing power-driven productivity. From a regional and national perspective, the project effectively strengthens the key nodes of the Yangtze River Delta computing power network, providing stable and efficient computing power support for the high-quality development of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta, helping optimize the layout and resource allocation of the integrated computing power network in the country, and enhancing the efficiency of cross-regional computing power collaboration. It is worth noting that in this major project, ShenZhou YiNuo undertook the entire chain of services from equipment procurement, integration and debugging to operation and maintenance support. With a service network covering over 2600 technical service points nationwide and engineers stationed in cities from levels 4 to 6, the company has established an operation and maintenance network with a service response radius of less than 2 hours.
