Shanghai Growth (00770) announced that the Board of Directors recommends changing the company's English name from "Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited" to "Eminence Capital Group Limited" and adopting "" as the company's dual foreign name in Chinese. The Board of Directors also suggests adding an additional 72 million shares, increasing the company's authorized share capital from $1.8 million (divided into 18 million shares with a par value of $0.10 per share) to $9 million (divided into 90 million shares with a par value of $0.10 per share). The new shares will have equal rights in all aspects as the existing shares.
