China Hengtian Lixin International (00641) announced that Mr. Li Zhiqiang (Mr. Li), due to reaching retirement age, has resigned as the Company Secretary of the company, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the Company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or as the authorized representative of the Company for receiving legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from April 16, 2026.
