Teh International (09658) has announced the following changes effective from April 15, 2026: Ms. Yang Lijuan has resigned as an executive director and CEO of the company; Mr. Li Yu has been appointed as the CEO of the company, therefore no longer serving as the COO, while remaining as an executive director; and Mr. YOON Daejin has been appointed as an executive director.
