In terms of news, VOYAH AUTO announced that its controlling shareholder, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, through its subsidiary Dongfeng Hong Kong, plans to increase its holdings of the company's H shares within 12 months, with the initial planned increase not exceeding 250 million yuan. On March 30, Dongfeng Asset Management also announced plans to increase its holdings of VOYAH AUTO H shares, with an initial planned increase not exceeding 250 million yuan. Within a short period of 15 days, the major shareholder has announced two increases in holdings of VOYAH AUTO shares, with a total amount not exceeding 500 million yuan. It is worth noting that on April 14, VOYAH AUTO officially announced the full circulation of its H shares, intending to convert some of its domestic shares into H shares to achieve full circulation. VOYAH AUTO stated that this move will significantly expand the company's share circulation, with the original non-listed domestic shares fully converting to H shares for public trading, resulting in a substantial increase in the company's freely tradable shares. At the same time, the depth of trading in the company's shares will be significantly enhanced, effectively addressing the liquidity dilemma of "having quantity but no price, having price but no quantity", reducing the impact of buying and selling costs, and attracting institutional investors and long-term capital allocation.
