On April 15, KE Holdings, Inc. Sponsored ADR Class A (02423,BEKE.US) sent the 2025 Green Plan annual report to 241,434 members of the platform one-on-one. The annual report shows that in 2025, the Green Plan distributed a total of 117,498,170 yuan, with a total of 9,782 applications received throughout the year, resulting in an average of one family receiving assistance every hour. The data shows that in addition to member contributions, there was a funding gap of 10,837,595.17 yuan for expenses incurred in distributing funds, third-party audits from insurance companies, customer service, and system support. This gap was fully covered by contributions from company executives. This mechanism has been in place for many years, and from 2021 to 2025, a total of over 112 million yuan has been contributed by KE Holdings, Inc. Sponsored ADR Class A, KE Holdings, Inc. Sponsored ADR Class A, and Lianjia executives and former employees. The annual report fully discloses the assistance information and distribution details for the 9,782 members throughout the year. Unlike for-profit commercial insurance, the Green Plan covers the member, their spouse's parents, children, and other family members, with no age restrictions and coverage starting immediately upon activation. Members can apply for assistance for the same illness every year, and different family members with different illnesses can also apply separately within the same calendar year, greatly increasing the flexibility and coverage of the plan. The data shows that over 93% of the assistance provided throughout the year was for members' parents and spouse's parents, with only 7% being for the members themselves. The highest single assistance amount reached 827,230 yuan, which was used to assist a member's child suffering from neuroblastoma, who has now entered the recovery stage. By the end of 2025, three members of the Green Plan had received over 1 million yuan in assistance. The Green Plan, formerly known as Lianjia Group Mutual Aid Fund established in October 2008, is a mutual aid and benefit plan set up by KE Holdings, Inc. Sponsored ADR Class A specifically for platform employees and service providers to alleviate the economic pressure caused by illness. With continuous donations from executives and former employees, the Green Plan increased the cumulative assistance limit from 200,000 to 2 million yuan in January 2021.
