Deluxe Service Group (02215) announced that with regard to the proposed additional capital injection of approximately RMB 96.9124 million by Deqing Kaisibo to the target company Dexin Shengquan Property Service. All conditions under the capital increase agreement have been met or waived, and the completion has been implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the capital increase agreement on April 14, 2026. After completion, the target company will remain a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
