On April 14th, the National Bureau of Statistics announced that according to monitoring of the prices of 50 important production materials in 9 categories in the national circulation sector, in early April 2026, compared to late March, prices of 30 products increased, 18 decreased, and 2 remained the same. Among them, the price of live pigs (lean pork) was 9.1 yuan/kg, a decrease of 4.2% compared to the previous month.
