VOYAH AUTO (07489) announced that the company has received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (Dongfeng Company), through its subsidiary Dongfeng Automobile (Hong Kong) International Limited (Dongfeng Hong Kong). With a strong belief in the future prospects and confidence in the company, Dongfeng Hong Kong plans to increase its shareholding in the company's H shares within 12 months from the date of this announcement, with the initial planned investment not exceeding RMB 250 million. As of the date of this announcement, Dongfeng Company, Dongfeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Voiah Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) collectively hold 2.438 billion domestic shares and 118 million H shares of the company, accounting for approximately 69.47% of the total issued shares of the company.
