Announcement from VISION VALUES (00862): The board of directors proposes a stock consolidation, whereby every 10 existing shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each will be consolidated into 1 share with a par value of HK$0.1 each. As of the date of this announcement, the company's authorized share capital is HK$200 million, divided into 20 billion existing shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, of which 3.924 billion existing shares have been allotted and issued, and full payment has been made or accounted for as full payment. The stock consolidation will only take effect after approval by shareholders at a general meeting of shareholders, including an ordinary resolution. As of the date of this announcement, the existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange in units of 5000 existing shares per transaction. It is proposed that after the stock consolidation takes effect and as a condition thereof, the trading unit on the Stock Exchange be changed from 5000 existing shares to 10000 consolidated shares.
