Morgan and HSBC as its joint sponsors. The company had previously submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 16, 2025. The prospectus shows that, according to a Frost & Sullivan report, Nuwa Insight is an independent AI-driven technology company in the insurance industry, ranking first in the country in terms of insurance cases handled in 2024. They also possess full-stack risk analysis capabilities, enhancing underwriting capabilities and optimizing claims efficiency.
