On April 10, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Record of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Beijing Zhongke Wenge Technology Co., Ltd. and Full Circulation of Unlisted Shares in China". Zhongke Wenge plans to issue no more than 60,668,600 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 47 shareholders intend to convert a total of 158,266,607 unlisted shares in China into overseas listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
