SG Micro Corp (300661.SZ) plans to issue no more than 125,497,800 overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The prospectus shows that SG Micro Corp is a comprehensive analog integrated circuit (IC) company, specializing in the research and sales of high-performance analog integrated circuits and sensors with functions such as sensing, amplifying, converting, and driving, forming the basic building blocks of all electronic systems.
As of now, the company has over 6,800 types of analog integrated circuits and sensor products, covering 38 product categories. The company's products are not only core components in end markets such as industrial, networking, and consumer electronics, but are also widely used in fields such as electric vehicles (EVs), data centers, Siasun Robot & Automation, renewable energy, and next-generation consumer devices.
Specifically, the company provides a wide range and differentiated portfolio of general-purpose and application-optimized analog products, covering signal chains and power management, which are the two pillars of the company's product offerings.
