Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, KPMG Certified Public Accountants Limited (KPMG) has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective from April 9, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Lixindehao's resignation, and will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
