ETERNITY INV(00764): Termination of Advisor Agreement
Eternal Strategy (00764) issued an announcement regarding the recommendation to grant the purchase rights under the special authorization for the subscription of shares according to the consultant agreement. At the request of the consultant, and after reviewing the overall progress of the consultant agreement, on April 9, 2026, the parties to the consultant agreement entered into a termination agreement. Accordingly, the parties have mutually agreed to terminate the consultant agreement, and release and discharge each other from their respective obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities under the consultant agreement, effective from the date of the termination agreement, thereafter neither party shall make any claims against the other party regarding the consultant agreement.
ETERNITY INV (00764) issued a notice regarding the granting of special authorization under a consulting agreement to subscribe for shares. At the request of the consultant, and after reviewing the overall progress of the consulting agreement, on April 9, 2026, the parties to the consulting agreement entered into a termination agreement, pursuant to which the parties agreed to terminate the consulting agreement and release each other from their respective obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities under the consulting agreement, effective from the date of the termination agreement, and neither party may make any claims against the other party under the consulting agreement thereafter.
The Board of Directors believes that the termination of the consulting agreement will not have any significant adverse impact on the operations or financial condition of the Group.
