Recently, Shenzhou Holdings (00861) subsidiary, Beijing Shenzhou Digital One Promise Technology Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhou One Promise"), successfully won the bid and signed a contract for the opening service project of Beichen Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Beichen Marriott Houjue Hotel invested and built by Beichen Group.
Recently, Beijing Digital China Group under DC HOLDINGS (00861), also known as Shenzhou Yino Technology Service Co., Ltd, successfully bid and signed a contract with Beichen Group to provide opening services for the upcoming Beichen Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Beichen Marriott Marquis Hotel.
