Markor International Home Furnishings (600337.SH) announced that on April 8, 2026, the company received notification from its controlling shareholder, Meike Investment Group Limited ("Meike Group"), that Jingjiang City Yatai Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Applicant") has applied to the People's Court of Xinshi District, Urumqi City for restructuring of Meike Group. As of the date of the announcement, Meike Group holds 488 million shares of the company, which have been pledged and are subject to judicial freeze. There is still uncertainty as to whether Meike Group will be able to enter into the restructuring process.
