Tanber Group Limited (referred to as Tanber) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on October 8, 2025 and it expired on April 8, 2026, after 6 months. CICC was its exclusive sponsor at the time of submission. According to the previous prospectus, Tanber is a leading professional outdoor apparel brand in China. The company's products are based on excellent quality, user-friendly design, and advanced technology and craftsmanship, meeting the needs of various outdoor activities such as skiing, mountaineering, hiking, as well as urban scenes such as outings, park leisure, and commuting, redefining the trend of outdoor lifestyle. According to data from Zhoushi Consulting, based on retail sales in 2024, the company is the fourth largest domestic professional outdoor apparel brand in China. The company's product range is divided into three series, namely the top outdoor series, sports outdoor series, and urban light outdoor series, each series aiming to meet different wearing scenarios. As of June 30, 2025, the company's product range includes a total of 687 SKUs.
