The Hong Kong IPO prospectus submitted by Sunshine Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine Power (300274.SZ)") on October 5, 2025, expired on April 5, 2026, after six months.
Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sungrow Power Supply (300274.SZ))'s Hong Kong stock prospectus submitted on October 5, 2025, expired after 6 months on April 5, 2026, with CICC as its exclusive sponsor at the time of submission.
According to the previous prospectus, Sungrow Power Supply is a leading global clean energy technology company. The company started with photovoltaic inverters and has always focused on the clean power sector, gradually expanding into the five major tracks of CECEP Solar Energy, wind power, energy storage, electric vehicles and charging, and hydrogen energy ("solar wind storage electricity hydrogen"). According to analysis by Frost & Sullivan, based on shipments in 2024, Sungrow Power Supply's market share of photovoltaic inverters worldwide is approximately 25.2%; as of June 30, 2025, its cumulative energy storage system shipments have reached 70GWh, leading globally.
